I guess I would contact my insurance carrier and then contact the DPS and ask them how you would get it back
You would have to go and re apply for your license and if there was anything done through court you take does papers too. You usually have to go to court and show your reinstated insurance to get license back. Also make sure you have your insurance if you reinstated that as well. If you decide to go they will answer your question on the spot and tell you what you need. You cant get in though without appt.
