If you Lost it or it's been expired for two years or more you need birth certificate sscard proof of residency (has to be within 90days)That's fine tony you can get it transferred to Maryland unless you owe money for tickets or surcharges. If you owe surcharges you can pay or wait till September 1st when the surcharges will be wiped out. You won't get your money back but if you owe you don't have to pay.
