He's a wizard at what he does and passionate about what he does. Just call and schedule something. He'll tell you more than you could possibly imagine and always... always... do a great job and take care of you and your concerns. Only place I take my vehicles since I found him.
If you were going to drop it off then I would suggest calling beforehand, just to save you some time. If you know the problem already then they can give you an estimate over the phone. You can Google what's wrong with the car and it's pretty easy to find out what is wrong with it.
