How do you know if the bounce area is open or not? Sometimes it’s open other times it isn’t. I’m confused as to what the reasoning is. It would be utilized a lot more if you just kept it open.

Call in advance. Sometimes the kids bust them up and they do repairs on them. Or it's rutine maintenance.
