For Kingdom Bound you were allowed to bring in chairs...all other concert events no - sign at entrance saying no chairs allowed
I am not quite sure if they are allowed in the amphitheater because that's where our most recent concert was however if you are in Grass seating yes they are but be prepared if you or a wife or girlfriend or even a little girl has a pocketbook of some sort you will be turning it over to them if it's any bigger than your hands to put somewhere or put back in your car which is never a fun hike so yes chairs are allowed on grassy areas which is like the hill for concerts I'm not sure about the amphitheater I hope this helps
