Is spectrum a good company

I had service in Irving it was the only option. Service was out about 30% of the time. This started when it was TWC and the problem was still there when they became Spectrum. I pay $20 less for Frontier get more useable channels and far fewer outages.

It is a pretty company I but sometimes you have a problem with your serves i had too wait for a technician he was supposed to be there at 2:00pm and did not get too my house's until 5pm and then he told me that it was a problem with a deal with one there out side things called Alpha node and that i wood have too call some else at Spectrum isn't he a technician should he know how to fix it and im still waiting for it to be resolved/fixed

No. Because they need to get rid of the Spectrum Ads.

In terms of services offered, I've never had a problem with them. But the apartment complex I lived in made it mandatory to use Spectrum, so I didn't have a choice. I would choose them over AT&T though.
