If you bought the item from the kingscanyon Walmart than take it back there and if any problem have them roll footage of you buying item if they wanna push the issue and they are known for doing that even with receipts. Or just do like the other comment that was posted said and go to Clovis and Herndon Walmart or even Sanger Walmart youll have better luck.

You might be able to get store credit. It depends on how long ago, what condition their in, and if they still have tags on them.

The one on Kings Canyon you will have a problem even with a receipt. Best to go to another location for returns and refunds. They have to many thefts, at that location. For best location try Clovis on Hernden.

They give you Store credit or buy something else for the same amount and can pay the diference

I believe you can get credit for, or use your bank statement to provide proof of your purchase.

You should be able to return items without a receipt for store credit or if you used a credit or debit card you can have it refunded to the card.
