Cooks is right about high crime rate in that area. I do often see RVs parked all night though. However, it is best to call or go to the store and ask a manager about overnight parking.
I am not sure if it allows overnight parking. I would not recommend staying there overnight. There are some apartments near by that are rather high crime.
