I'm Soooooo Sorry That U're Having That Problem, Whenever I Call, I ALWAYS Get An Answer, Maybe @ The Time That U Call They Are Busy & Can't Get To The Phone In Time To Answer It. U Know Like U Let It Ring For A Certain Amount Of Time & By The Time That They Get To It, They Hear A Dial Tone. 🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷

This location is plagued with problems. The Ice cream machine is the least of them. Honestly I'd drive to the east side and visit root beer king. The food is amazing. And they always have the best shakes. The staff at this burger King don't care about you, your food or anything else. They don't answer the phone cause they probably don't have the ringer on. There's many better options in Bakersfield. I'd check them out instead
