So when you get salmon sashimi is it the one that says fresh salmon or somethings or would it say salmon graded fish

it would say salmon sashimi, they also have tuna sashimi

Sashimi is the way the Salmon is prepaird

When you buy salmon around here it mostly frozen with it OK to get fresh you have to get at the coast off a boat

Well you can never go wrong with the word fresh! Anything else would imply to me not fresh. Fresh frozen would be ok,and just ok,where as frozen would kill any parasites.
