Hi Chinwendu, you can either fill out an application on the HOA website or go to the clubhouse on grandmission during the week and fill out the application there and someone can help you right away. Welcome to the neighborhood!
You should have received all of these things if you purchased the house because of HOA transfer. If you are renting, you have to get from the owner.
