Like she said you come in off the 101 turn in to Fort Hunter ligget then turn at the green bridge which is Nacimento Ferguson RD. take it all the way to the coast.
If the road is closed you can get there by going inland to Nacimiento Rd. It dumps onto hwy 1just south of Limekiln.
Over summer, we had to take the route over the mountains die to the Highway 1 closures. Most of the road is reopened, but it has been tenuous. One good rainfall in the area or earthquake down south could cause another closure, and I know you can't get there from the north yet. The answer should be yes, but keep an eye on the road conditions. CA state is very good at updating any road work and road closures online.
The road was closed during Thanksgiving time. But google now says that the route is open.
