11pm was cut off time last I was there on the weekend. Think it's dependant on the volume of business they have at any given night though.
Theoretically until they come, though I've been there late nights and there's no one in the kitchen. Not sure if they would still server food, i didn't ask. Probably have to call and ask them what their policy is on food. It's a bar that serves food, not a restaurant that has a bar, so it may be limited after a certain time or even not available. Best to call them and see, because it may be different depending on the day. They may have food later on busy days, like the weekend, than they do on a Monday or Tuesday night. Call and ask.
