That is a bad policy that's why I only buy stuff that I know I'm not going to bring have to bring back
for those still wondering, it's not just a Jenny thing. OSHA regulations do not allow for the return of hair extensions due to hygiene and safety concerns. this is a decades-old policy that most reputable supply stores follow.
They don't exchange or refund bulk hair. So make sure you but what you are going to use, nothing more....
I think they now do.
