No. It's NOT a chain! Wayne's Wok and Panda Wok are better and a known neighborhood favorite.
I prefer panda wok over express. Great restaurant, we always come here
This is your more traditional Chinese food. They have the real stuff. Panda wok and panda Express are both great but very different. Panda wok is not a food chain. They cook your food when you order.
