I went to the pantry for the first time today. Was not open and call goes to voicemail. Not very helpful when you can speak or talked to someone. Don't plan on being in this situation again. Their weren't helpful in my situation.

Not a safe neighborhood food pantry false advertising! Not cool having to experience this .all street lights out, no one at the church to open for food pantry that was not going on anyway. Hope that tax payers money is being used for the hungry and disabled like myself.. thanks ☮️

Did the voicemail give indication of when they are open? Unfortunately, there have been many pantry's being closed in South Shore and St. Philip had a major donor stop contributing. They used to be open every Tuesday, but they have had to change to every 3rd Tuesday.

They may also be closed for 2 weeks die to the holiday. Id try again next week.
