The spicy soup base has butter. The Non spicy is made from pork bone. Like other hot pot place, you Can only order veggies and tofu
Not sure what's in the broth base but you can order vegetables and tofu products.
It is not all you can eat so you can only order vegetables, but I think the soup base might be made from meat broth.
You can order only vegetables and tofu of you want. They have a great selection of mushrooms!
