I would rate the customer service a 2 considering Breanna looked like she didn't know what to do or where she was at smelling like pot and looking like eyes were closed

Yes don't think that's professional, and I'm curious if managers allow that. I personally would like an employee that can help me with questions instead of looking dumbfounded.
