Do you have your receipt showing that the previous installation is 3 m and that they were a authorized dealer of 3M product? Normally you're going to be required to have your receipt, in order to have any type of warranty work done and then it may be at a prorated discount as far as replacement. Again they must verify that the previous company even applied a 3M product.
If everything checks out as far as warranty card and original purchase receipt we have no problem doing it.
