Does anyone ever answer the phone?!?! I've called the number listed on several occasions. It rings and rings only to say "no one is available to answer your call". Paying customers have questions sometimes.

I've never had problems getting a hold of someone but I always call in the afternoon or early evenings.

It may be tough because of the holiday season. Maybe I can answer your question only because I have been there a few times before.

I can't get an answer either. And they have my credit card. :(
