It wasn't when I was there. Carts were not cleaned, spray bottle 3/4 empty. Besides our Governor has stopped masks. What's the point of paying a Governor to turn your back on his policy. Groceries demand face masks but are negligible when it comes to sanitatizing carts. Seems their playing both sides.
Very good clean carts before next customer. Walk store clean touch points. All wear mask.
