Yes they still accept Walmart Gift Cards as payment at the pump. Price should roll back by .03¢ They cannot however reload non-Murphy Express/USA gift cards. You'll have to visit a Walmart Centre to reload.

No this location does NOT take Wal-Mart gift cards.
