Yes you have to have a valid drivers license and full coverage insurance with buyers payoff protection before you can drive one of their vehicles off of their lot. I been doing business with them in Greenville and the Sherman lot for 2 1/2 years now. Great staff and very helpful. Ask for Angela and tell them I sent you there. They know me real well and they'll take good care of you. The $199 down is on select vehicles, but be prepared to pay in between $400-$600 a month. It is a great deal to get you into a vehicle.
What about the $199 special how do you go by getting that deal
