I would love to know why a half hr before you close Im unable to get a ice caramel latte, if you're open until 9pm The full menu should be available if not them it should be posted somewhere so we the customers are aware that you're on a limited menu

I sure if you want that it's a special coffee so it takes time so don't rush yourself.,and enjoy the coffee have yourself a good day....

I have no answer to this. Only reason i can think of is they might be getting it cleaned before the shift closes. Nut they should have a note posted about limited menu
