Absolutely horrible experience. I had an appointment for 7am. At 2pm, I called to check the status and I was told they forgot to ask for my cell number so nothing had been done. I bought the car there so they didnt even attempt to contact me.

Sorry to hear this, your telephone number wouldn't be at the service department unless you have had service there before. The person who wrote up the order need to have a day of rest without pay. (TIME IS MONEY) The purchase information is not linked to service. Good luck! I feel you pain.
