Ours was fine when we went on the 31st. The Girlfriend got the prime rib and I got the 16 oz Ribeye both where very good.

They one time we went the prime rib was amazing! Hopefully a very rare (pun intended) occurrence!

Definitely an anomaly

I can't see your whole question. I'm so sorry you had such a rough experience. We've gone there a couple of times as a huge group and found it wonderful. Maybe talk to a manager. I'm sure they would have likely switched your meal for something tastier. Good luck next time. :)
