Actually according to Idaho tenant rights the only way they can come in without notice is an emergancy like a flood or a fire, otherwise its against the law. Look up Idaho tenant rights. You can get the whole thing off the web.
Yes... I asked a police officer the same question and he said if ur renting the appt or house that they do have the right to come in without notice..
