Black Cat is awesome and often busy. I can't tell from your question if you're looking for black and grey, black as in tribal, black like Art Brut or if you're looking for someone based on ethnicity. Style and experience count more to me than anything else. Sorry for any confusion.
Depending on the kind of work you want done, I would recommend Papa Joe's, will I do agree that Black Cat has some of the best work, the atmosphere isnt the best. And they once had my buddy come down for a quote and then told him to come back and do the quote a different day. Wasting his gas when he lives in meridian whilst I just walked in and got my work done. Then got told that they dont like walk in and to make appointments. I've got a lot of work done and I've gone to Black Cat once and Papa Joe's the rest
