I'm getting surgery tomorrow and I'm supposed to take out all piercings and jewelry, I got my nose pierced about 2 or 3 weeks ago, and it's still in the healing process. What should I do?

I recently had surgery as well, and had a piercing I didn't want to take out. I was able to sign a waiver stating that I declined to take it out and it was all good. Just talk to your care team, I bet they'd be fine with it. :)
