They'll most likely not bend on their no-food in park policy, but you can bring your own food to their picnic areas outside of the park. As far as their food goes, there's no quality nutrition whatsoever. It's super basic food court quality. You're better off checking her blood sugar levels at scheduled increments to avoid an emergency situation.
Roaring Springs allows in small amounts of food for special dietary restrictions (diabetes, celiac, etc.) You just have to ask for a food check when your bag is being checked. However, it must be for medical reasons, not diets!
