I hope they don't start taking reservations. It works out really well now. You never wait over 10 minutes. If you cant wait 10 minutes then you should be eating at ralleys.

No, but will soon be accepting them.
No they do not but I usually go during lunch time or dinner when it's insanely crowded and I've never had a problem getting a table.
