If I paid for economy and not satisfied. Bottom ones hurt , too small and the top ones are too big in the back. I wonder if I can upgrade to the 1000.00 pair but only pay the extra 600. Ive already spent 400. ?

Not sure about upgrades. Just make sure your dentures fit before you leave.

I overheard the dentist talking to someone about a lady upgrading to the best plan. As long as you pay the difference. But you won’t get the upgraded teeth until about 6 months for your gums to shrink & heal. (If you had to have extractions).
