No, similar to other person answering your question. The security does check randomly. You can bring in a unopened bottle of water Pretty sure it's a state law. But the park does offer a wide variety of food and snacks. They have beer to soda & water.
Only if you don't get caught. They check every 4th bag or so and if They find food, they send you back to your car to put it away.
