I have a problem, who are the top people at Reliable Toyota?

Call and ask for the general manager over the area you have an issue with. Just like every business they try to solve problems at the lowest level...just be persistent and you will get results. They don't like bad publicity.

I don't know .... I never got to talk to anyone at the top... That place is a 5 ring circus with two side shows.... The highest a got was this clown Brian.... he runs the collision shop.... He is a liar and a cheat.... sorry,I wish you good luck.
