Yes to all. I visit Microcenter every month or two. I have used their technical services many times and if they can fix and repair your computer, they will do an excellent job. This is a great time of year because they are slower than during fall and winter. The last time I paid about $90 for diagnostics but it was incorporated with an additional hard drive. They are very helpful and professional. Best of luck.
Mirco center has great tech support. But you have to take it into store for inspection
