I have a Dell Venue 11. micro charging port requires some manipulating to get a connection to charge. I have tried new cables and different inkind chargers. It appears to be the slot or male portion or even worse the connection to the motherboard

You haven't asked a question here. If it is micro USB I do find that if they've been yanked out a lot they often lose the ability to stay in securely. It's rare to have a device with that kind of charger not get loose after a year or so. Also if you are looking for technical advice about a piece of hardware you should try calling Microcenter or another repair shop, instead of asking a question in Google maps, because it's usually a place to ask questions pertaining to the facility/location and not your own computer questions.
