There may be a couple spots in front on a meter, but it's not guaranteed. There are plenty of garages around downtown that aren't a far walk.
Street with meters
There's a small paid parking lot on the corner one building to the right. There is also a small alleyway between those two buildings that has spaces but rarely open spaces between 8-5. To avoid paying high parking fees I suggest parking in or around Findlay Market then taking the Streetcar further into downtown.
Mostly street parking meters. Garages are around if you want to walk.
