Michelle is correct you can always stop in and ask staff or browse the programs section of our website where classes are labeled as "free for Y members" or "fee-based program." Group Exercise Classes are free for members and Youth Sports Clinics and Group Swim Lessons are currently free for Family/Individual Parent membership types. Some programs like Personal Training will have an additional cost.
If you have a family membership, then each person should be able to do one class per month for free. Extra classes will cost extra. They have MANY available and are able to be viewed on the website. Colleen is a director there and is fantastic at answering all questions and concerns regarding basically EVERYTHING!!
