To begin with my burger that is advertised as cooked fresh , apparently has an all day shelf life under the heat lamps! It was obviously old and very dry! Every visit I have made there is always long lines inside and out accompanied by slower service that is almost guaranteed to muck up your order. Also forget about requesting light ice in your drink because it always seems to fall on deaf ears.

They just suck, the help doesn't want to work, they think they should just be able to grace everyone with their presence and collect a paycheck. It's a sad reality in America now. Everybody owes them something and its expected that you dare not bring up customer service to them
