Is it typically to have people wait and not acknowledge your guest. Waited workers passed no one acknowledged and confirmed someone would be out to seat us. Terrible customer service.

Seated promptly hut abandoned feeling after that & the place was not busy! 6 tables, 2 waitstaff & a food server should have meant good if not great service.

Sounds like it was a poorly staffed day. They should always have a hostess at the door. Everyone in my party agreed that the food was good the night we went last month but drinks probably help a lot😁
