Was extremely disappointed in the jumbo shrimp i bought. There were more empty shrimp heads than shrimp in the 3 pounds i bough bought

When they soak in cold ice water they drop their heads it's normal! You should have a body for every head you have! Remember there is no weight in the heads!

I find that hard to believe. Usually they give you at least half a pound more than you pay for.

I have never had a prob with them. We use them exclusively. You will get some empty heads but that's extreme.

Wow..honestly that's a rare incident..my family and I been going to Michael's for YEARS and NEVER DISAPPOINTED..Sorry for your experience. Hopefully you they can redeem themselves
