No you do not need an appointment. They will take your clothes and it'll be a waiting period, not very long, depending on how much you have. They will give you a quote on the items that they will keep. And if the items they're not interested in you can take them back home. They're very nice, great quality clothes, and the quote they offer on items is reasonable to make a couple extra bucks.
