We bought a dryer last year from Arctic around September and the dryer came with a broken belt, so we have not been able to use from the very first day. Supposedly it's still under the year warranty. But we are in Conesus so now they tell us there is a service call charge and .90 cents a mile to have someone come out and repair it. In my opinion you should of never sold a dryer with a broken belt tsk tsk. My fault, I guess
