I need to obtain a new SS card. Mine was lost in a move & I need one asap. Can I come to the office to obtain one right away or do I have to fill out a form. & is there a fee??

You can request a new one, but you do have to wait for it in the mail, they will give you a compass print out with proof of your social until the card comes.
