Today 02/01/18 at :6 15 pm. I put $10.00 dls cash to OTTO automatic carwash. And the car wash machine didnt work.I lost $10.00 dls. For nothing.bad service.

They will make good for it. Call the number in the a.m. There is always someone there in peak hours.

I've never had a problem, and I've used Otto numerous times. There's usually someone there's usually a guy there 2 help. He even let me borrow a jack when i had a flat tire.

Usually they have someone do it for you so people don't have that problem

Wish i could say something to help. No attendant there yo help? Normally there are several.

There are always employees on sight and very helpful. I'm sure if you report it they'll help you out
