Hi! This is Cindy from Trails Cafe. We have an outdated one and waiting for the next one to be produced. Simply, I tell folks to 1. let your server know—most important thing. So we don’t cross contaminate in the kitchen 2. no bread or breaded items 3. grilled without seasoning 4. make it a lettuce wrap 5. we might have gluten free beer by the time you come in! It’s on order. We also have a salad bar.

I thought I seen a section in the menu for that. But not quite sure!
