I was in the front row of non-VIP seating, and while most people were courteous, some jack-holes decided to stand in front of where I was sitting. My hubby had to tell these couple dudes to shove off enough for us to see. Also, fall concert, no heat.

You can do both, buut my advice to you is if you are going in summer time to check if they already fixed the air conditioner. I was there this past summer and I don't see myself going back. Not sure if they have the heater broken as well so maybe you are safe to go now.

Both its a lovely venue omg the food is So good !!! I had something with chilli on it. Omg u can park for free at!!! SEARS !!!! And just walk over. U can walk out to smoke Omg the restrooms lines are LONG!!!!!!

They remove a large portion of seating for standing near the stage at concert. As well as leave quite a bit of seats for sitting. So you're good either way.
