I think your movie theater is nice and futuristic.. Everytime I go to see a movie there its so comfortable.. You guys did a good job.. I like it because Its better that way.. yes I will come here.. to see movies because I love your movie theater..
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that you aren't enjoying our reserved seating. Shows frequently sell out during busy periods. Reserved seating allows our guests the opportunity to purchase tickets in advance and be guaranteed seats. This hopefully prevents disappointment for guests who arrive at the theatre and find that their movie is sold out or that they can't find seats together. We will do a better job of making sure guests are in their correct seats going forward.
Not exactly a question, but a good comment. I didn't exactly like it either, and it didn't seem like anyone sat in their reserved seat when I was there.
