Monday thur Friday least crowded and they have brunch Saturday and Sunday
If you want all you can eat brunch, its only served on Sunday.

I have visited this El Torito several times and never had to wait, not even for brunch on Saturday and Sunday. This doesn't seem to be a highly congested location.
At weekends it's a bad time to go to El Torito's it's always busy Monday through Thursday good time to go
Arrive early 9am
Wednesdays, least crowded day
