Is that a serious question? I'm not belittling what you're asking; it's just so minor in the dining experience. The sushi and sashimi is incredibly fresh and flavorful, and requires little to no soy. The have enough great ingredients and sauces that would allow you to forego the soy if need be.
Don't bother, their pretentious attitude will make you regret going there - try any one of the other hundreds of sushi joints in the area and you'll be doing yourself a favor.
